Hello families.  We are excited to welcome your child to Kindergarten! To help us prepare for the upcoming school year and ensure a smooth transition for your little one, we are collecting information for all incoming Kindergarten students.   When schools prepare for incoming Kindergarten classes, accurately collecting enrollment numbers is crucial for planning.   This will ensure we have the appropriate number of teachers and support staff to provide a quality education for all students.   To ensure accurate enrollment counts, we will utilize this collection tool. We encourage all families with eligible Kindergarten students to complete this form.  We appreciate your cooperation in providing this important information.

Your child would qualify for Kindergarten if they turn 5 on or before August 1, 2025.  If your child is in our preschool program please complete this form as well if you plan for them to attend Kindergarten.
